Today we had a demonstration of fire safety by Cory's dad. He works for Fire Safety NZ and travels all over New Zealand teaching people how to protect themselves from fire. He showed us how to use powder fire extinguishers to put out small fires. We learnt that fires need air to breath and if they can't breath, they go out.
